We are a full-service, tax preparation, C.P.A. firm specializing in small business and personal tax situations.  We have 23 years' experience in the field.  We represent clients with many different tax problems.  Through the years, we have developed many liaisons with both the I.R.S. and New York State that have proved to be beneficial to our clients.  We help during each stage of development of a small business.  We help business owners shape the growth of their ventures.
